Pupil Information - School Council

We have just held elections for our School Council. Pupils from Reception to Y6, have been elected by their classmates to represent them. The first meeting was held 14 November 2002.

The School council will allow the children many opportunities, including listening to others and understanding their viewpoint, expressing their opinion, representing their peers, asking questions, running their own budget, making decisions and feeding back to their class the outcomes. The children are eager to begin.

I think that the school council is a good idea because it is nice for a person in the class to help
